Posted by Justin Firuz Dowhower, AIA, LEED AP on July 30, 2010

Chapter 4 has now been uploaded, which gives an overview of The Alley Flat Initiative.  This is an ongoing urban affordable/sustainable infill housing partnership between many stakeholders (both for-profit and non-profit) in Austin Texas.  This is perhaps the first initiative of its kind to propose the use of BIM as a means for improving the affordability and sustainability of its housing projects.
